Position Summary

The Social Media Community Specialist will be a key member of the JPMS™ Social Media Team. The functions of this role will focus on supporting customers on social channels and developing relationships with them. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to social messages across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) in a timely manner.
  • Conveying messages in a personal voice with a professional bend to positively affect the outcome of support interaction.
  • Acting as a liaison between social media and the rest of the company. Communicate social concerns to all stakeholders.
  • Monitoring audience responses to social and digital strategies. Ability to analyze response and sharing public sentiment to leadership.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of community management experience for a beauty brand.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to juggle priorities; a team player who maintains composure in high pressure, fast-paced situations.
  • Resourceful and proactive; must be solution-oriented.
  • A customer-service minded individual who can solve public-facing problems with professionalism; also has a genuine love for the beauty industry.
  • Skilled at shifting between multiple brand voices.
  • Attentive to detail and at ease with tight deadlines and multi-tasking.
  • Wholesale / consumer goods / beauty industry experience preferred.

Other

  • Weekend hours required.
