Production Intern

As part of shaping our robust Talent pipeline, a vacancy exists in the Production department for an Industrial Engineering Intern. Job Duties: Assist in the planning and coordination of production processes Conduct data analysis to optimise production efficiency Participate in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting activities Support the implementation of quality control measures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations Requirements: Diploma in Industrial Engineering or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must not currently be or have previously been part of a SETA funded internship or graduate program Education: Diploma in Industrial Engineering Experience: No prior experience required. Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of production processes and quality control standards Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Working Conditions: This role is based in a production facility in Cape Town. The intern will work full-time hours on a contract basis, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals in a dynamic work environment.
