Job Duties: Assist in the day-to-day operations within the Production department Participate in production planning and execution under the guidance of senior staff Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the production line Support in monitoring and analysing production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in production operations Requirements: Diploma in Industrial Engineering Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Must not currently be or have previously been part of a SETA funded internship or graduate program Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Education: Diploma in Industrial Engineering Experience: No prior work experience required Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of industrial engineering principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work effectively in a team environment Working Conditions: Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday Fast-paced production environment with exposure to machinery and equipment Opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field
