Regional Sales Representative Mpumalanga Salary: R40k Basic Purpose of Position: Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Regional Sales Representative (Agent) based in White River, Mpumalanga. This is a permanent position with benefits, R40 000 basic salary, company car, provident fund, and medical insurance for the employee only. The candidate will be responsible for maximising sales baskets and building relationships with customers and partners. Preference will be given to employees with the following experience and qualifications: ü Tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing or a similar trade ü Experience in cementitious / powder based products ü Minimum of 5 years in a sales role ü Knowledge of MS Office and SAP Typical traits of this individual will be: Proven track record of success in sales with at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills. Experience in managing key customer accounts and developing long-term relationships with clients and partners. Ability to work within a high-performance culture organisation. Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making. Key areas of responsibility for the role will include, but not be limited to: Work to achieve set sales targets, profitability, and objectives. Frequent travel throughout the region. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, assess competitive threats, and understand customer needs and preferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, partners within the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse sales data, and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company strategies and objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and ethical standards, as well as relevant regulations and laws governing sales activities within the region.
