About Our Client: Our client is a non-profit, mutual medical scheme registered with the Council for Medical Schemes. With over 56 years of experience, they have been dedicated to providing healthcare services to South Africans. They are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Analytics Specialist to join their team in Gauteng. The position : Our client is looking for a Marketing and Sales Analytics Specialist responsible for reporting on total existing and new membership metrics, as well as metrics per sales channel (advisor channel, direct sales, corporate, individual, etc). The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 qualification with Mathematics or Maths Literacy, a relevant Diploma or Degree, and at least five years of experience in a Marketing and Sales Analytics role. Functions: Report on total existing and new membership metrics, as well as metrics per sales channel. Assist with member data analysis and interpretation. Prepare and present marketing and sales analytics, including market size, competitor analysis, market and sales channel analysis, market trend analysis, pricing analysis, and competitor scheme options analysis. Make recommendations to assist in scheme growth. Utilise proven primary and secondary market research methods to produce high-quality and timely research deliverables. Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Survey skills. Leadership skills. Requirements: Grade 12 with Mathematics (symbol E or higher) or Maths Literacy (symbol C or higher). Diploma/Degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Financial Management, or equivalent. Qualification in Microsoft Office Programs with expertise in Excel. Minimum of five years of experience in a Marketing and Sales Analytics role. Customer experience management. Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
