Job Description

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 qualification. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience managing a team of at least 40 people in an FMCG environment. Previous experience with Roadshow and MixTelematics advantageous. Good understanding of Fleet utilisation, fuel usage, and planning loads cost-effectively. Above-average proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Strong administrative skills with the ability to prepare and present distribution reports with root causes and action plans. Ability to work shifts.
