The ideal candidate will have some experience with e-billings and a proven track record in the professional services industry. Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address client inquiries. - Conduct collection efforts to minimize outstanding accounts receivable and improve cash flow. - Utilize e-Billings platforms (3E) to streamline billing procedures and enhance efficiency. - Generate reports and provide analysis to support decision-making and improve collections performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize billing and collections processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/College degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience. - 3-7 years of experience in billing and collections, preferably in the professional services industry. - Proficiency in e-Billings platforms and billing software (e.g., 3E, elite, PC Law, Aderant). - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
