Job Description

Main Responsibilities: Maximize prospect leads and new/repeat business opportunities. Achieve sales targets for units and gross profit. Efficiently manage sales processes for all systems. Manage customer communications effectively. Maintain up-to-date and correct customer details in the database. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of competitor products. Present and display vehicles professionally, including handover and after-sales follow-up. Manage all deal files and related documentation efficiently. Promote dealer products and services, upselling optional extras and additional services. Attend all relevant training courses. Ensure compliance with dealership operating rules, regulations, and communications. Minimum Requirements: Senior Certificate Grade 12. Min 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the motor dealership industry - essential Selling experience within the premier brand market is advantageous . Vibrant, energetic, and results-driven personality. Valid Drivers License - essential Essential Competencies/Skills/Traits: Customer and service orientation. Motivation to perform and achieve results. Relationship building skills. Communication with impact. Self-management and resilience. Market-related remuneration and commission package offered, including a company vehicle, fuel, and cell phone allowance.
