What we are looking for: Directly source and hire high quality technical positions through job ads, cold calling, etc. (mechanical and electrical roles) Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy. Use a variety of techniques including social media platforms to discover and attract the best talent. Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone or virtual screenings to assess technical skills and behavioural competencies. What you will bring: Degree in a related field. Minimum 5 years experience in sourcing and assessing technical talent with agencies or in-house engineering environments. A genuine interest in technology shown by continuous learning throughout your career. Excellent communication skills in English. Be able to provide and take constructive feedback.
