Candidate Requirements Grade 12 Previous working experience as Hostess Exceptional communication and hosting skills Must have the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations A proven track record in upselling services is advantageous Must be guest and service focused Should have an energetic, friendly and approachable demeanour Must be be to organise functions, reservations (hotel and restaurant) Will be welcoming and greeting guests, taking orders and assisting with bookings and inquiries Up to date with and passionate about food trends Accommodation: On-site accommodation (optional)
