BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

To excel in this role, you should have a drive to pursue and close new business opportunities. We require an average of 85% for matric (non-negotiable) and a Bachelors Degree would be an advantage. No work experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates. Responsibilities and duties include promoting the companys products/services, preparing sales contracts, developing goals for the development team, and ensuring they are met. You will also keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and travel itineraries, provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, and develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who can conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, contact potential clients to establish a network and arrange meetings (foreign and domestic), identify new markets and improve sales, plan and oversee new marketing initiatives, and attend conferences, meetings, and industry-related events.
