Maintains and improves machines and equipment to increase or maintain a high level of reliability, availability, cost efficiency and performance and customer relations, and teamwork. Responsible for planning, conducting, and maintaining tools and equipment for service work. Supports the customers product/equipment/processes by suggesting possible improvements. Provides technical support to the sales team. Provides problem solving to customer and team. Has the ability to produce positive results in sales-client interventions.
