Competencies : Python-Django,OOP, DS, Algorithm, Relational and Non-Relational Databases, Caching, AWS Job Location : Bangalore (WFO Mon-Fri) Qualification : Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering with a minimum of 4 years hands on experience with backend technologies preferably Python from Tier-1/2 colleges Minimum 1 years of experience in service oriented architecture Experience with multithreaded architectures, web services, and caching. Hands on work experience with: Python, Flask, Numpy, Pandas, Docker and Kubernetes. You should be a creative problem-solver who demonstrates clear and thoughtful approaches to challenging technical problems that solve real business needs. Good knowledge of caching technologies like Redis and queues like Kafka, SQS, MQ etc. Responsibilities : End-to-end responsibility for integral piece or application Collaboration with team members Assist directly and indirectly in continuous hiring process Engineering excellence Operational excellence Good written and verbal communication skills Able to lean large scale, complex systems quickly Agility to work in fast-paced environments Over communication for development, blockers, requirements Navigational skills in vague, fast-paced and doubtful scenarios (ref:hirist.tech)
