Context

We are looking for a Legal Intern to support the Legal Department in its daily challenges. The team is committed to making your experience rewarding and instructive.

Missions

Contract law:

• Participate in the analysis of the company's contractual commitments
• Participate in the drafting and negotiation of contracts
• Monitoring and updating of contractual databases
• Filing of contracts and files

Intellectual property law :

• Participate in the follow-up of the various issues related to intellectual property (in particular concerning trademarks and domain names)
• Participate in the follow-up of all third party licenses

Corporate law

• Drafting of corporate documents: filing of accounts, change of directors, etc.

RGPD

• Updating and maintaining registers of personal data processing

Research Profile

Higher education in law (minimum level 5 years), you have a first experience / Internship with a specialization in business law and/or contract law, and knowledge in intellectual property law and new technologies.

A good level of English is required to work with our colleagues all over the world and to review legal documents in English.
