Senior Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred. Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably specialising in senior-level placements. You will be responsible for generating your own business and should have a solid client base. You'll need to have your own home office set up, including a laptop and reliable WiFi. Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills with the ability to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated success in business development and building a client portfolio. Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including databases, networking, social media, and job boards. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles. Coordinate interviews and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Negotiate offers and facilitate the placement of candidates into suitable positions. Build a strong network of industry contacts and maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor activity. Meet and exceed individual targets for placements and revenue generation.
