Job Description
Pour son département Finance, la London Clearing House SA (LCH), membre de la division Post Trade du London Stock Exchange (LSEG), cherche un(e) apprenti(e) en alternance à partir du 1er Septembre 2024.
LCH SA est une chambre de compensation portant sur des valeurs mobilières et produits dérivés négociés principalement sur Euronext, des dettes souveraines de la zone Euro et des contrats CDS. Pour chacune des opérations, LCH SA s'interpose en tant que contrepartie centrale entre l'acheteur et le vendeur. LCH SA offre à chacun de ses membres l'assurance d'être réglée ou d'être livré et de régler une position nette (achat - vente) sur le marché. La société est agréée et supervisée par l'AMF, l'ACPR, la BCE, la SEC et la CFTC.
L'objectif de cet apprentissage est d'apporter une assistance opérationnelle au département Finance de LCH SA
Au sein du département Reporting, Operations and Control, vous contribuerez au développement et à l'animation de l'équipe sous la supervision du responsable de service.
Vos principaux domaines d'intervention seront (liste non limitative) :
1 Processus Trésorerie :
a) Suivi quotidien des flux de trésorerie des comptes bancaires
2. Clôture comptable :
a) Participation à la clôture comptable mensuelle
b) Contrôle des écarts par poste de bilan
c) Réalisation d'études ponctuelles et analyses
d) Mise à jour (évolution, amélioration) de modes opératoires du département
e) Préparation des justificatifs à destination des contrôleurs et des commissaires aux comptes
3. Production Règlementaire :
a) Participation à la clôture règlementaire mensuelle
b) Suivi des délivrables
4. Contrôles opérationnels :
a) Suivi des contrôles opérationnels
b) Aide au suivi des indicateurs de risque
c) Aide à l'évaluation des risques inhérents et résiduels
5. Participation au projet de migration ERP
a) Aide à l'analyse fonctionnelle détaillée
b) Suivi de tests
c) Revue des systèmes amont
Principales compétences attendues :
- Connaissances en comptabilité
- Rigueur et autonomie
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Maitrisede l'anglais
- Maitrise des outils bureautiques
