MARKETING SPECIALIST (RETAIL INDUSTRY)

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a MARKETING SPECIALIST (RETAIL INDUSTRY) for a well-established concern, position based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. REQUIREMENTS Grade 12. Valid drivers license / own reliable transport. Degree in Marketing and Graphic Design or equivalent. Competent computer skills (Email / Microsoft Office). Design and Photoshop is ESSENTIAL 3yrs retail at managerial level experience in similar position. Proficient in the use of Google Analytics, AdSense, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp and social media management tools. Thorough grasp of Google AdWords, website admin and use of analytical tools. Have an understanding of website admin and be able interpret key trends using analytical tools, visualization tools are advantageous. Responsible for conceptualizing retail marketing ideas, making evaluative judgements and developing creative concepts for the company. Delivering activation plans that span the entire shopper journey. Responsible for newspaper and radio advertising for retail branches. Analyse, prepare and present reports on social media and website efforts and results as well as providing community insights and trend analyses to the team. Update of retail website for new and discontinued products. Public relations and customer service. Manage customer database and newsletters, website and digital in store media. Produce the design and production for product graphics, web logos, new social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns and email templates. Monitoring of website KPIs.
