REQUIREMENTS Grade 12, relevant qualification highly advantageous Be fully competent, regarding phone and email etiquette Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans Highly organised Ability to manage your time and prioritise effectively between strong sales Team members Driven, with the ability to take the initiative DUTIES Dealing with correspondence and phone calls Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments Organising events - sending out of Zoom meeting invitations and or Breakfast meeting invitations & Managing RSVPs Managing databases and filing systems Filing of original client documents General administrative duties Taking calls when Sales Consultants are in a meeting and sending the messages Ordering of Business cards and marketing material for Sales Consultants Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation if required for Sales Consultants Attending Sales and staff meetings Whats-App messaging Feedback and working towards a common goal together Salary: dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
