Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues and inquiries. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Strong experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce. - Good To Have Skills : Experience in other SAP modules such as SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Ariba. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience in Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
