Job Description

Your role as Senior Product Analyst Reporting the Senior Director of Product Management in the Member Experience group, you will contribute to Dialogue’s mission of improving the health and wellness of employees by defining and driving its member experience via data. More broadly, the Member Experience group is responsible for the entire journey of our members, from the moment they obtain access to Dialogue to the resolution of a health problem and the improvement of their quality of life. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work with a truly dedicated cross-functional team to identify, improve, and review changes to all factors of the member experience. You will be joining a new team with a growth and experimentation mindset that collaborates with the clinical team, service operations, designers, and engineers to identify the best opportunities to improve our member experience. What you’ll be doing: Create and run experiments with product teams to validate assumptions to improve our members' key metrics Develop data models and reporting tools to drive business insights Communicate the results of these experiments and your research with recommended next steps Support the product team to define the KPIs and goals to optimize for Surface up new opportunities through research in our dataset We'd love to hear from you if you have/are: 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst, data scientist, product analyst or similar role Demonstrated ability to run online controlled experiments Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and present them to various stakeholders Proficient in SQL and Python Experience analyzing user behaviors through event-driven analytics Experience with our Data stack (Dbt, Snowflake) is an asset Experience with our product stack (React, React-native) is an asset At Dialogue, your well-being is our priority Taking care of others also means taking care of our team.
