Your diverse tasks will include You are largely responsible for the design and customization of our document management system (DMS - d.velop) and the Atlassian products Jira and Confluence You coordinate and manage projects, both internally and with external partners You record requirements, evaluate them in terms of their feasibility in the standard and initiate adjustments You play a leading role in specialist projects and contribute to their successful implementation You are responsible for the subject-specific architecture of the systems you are responsible for You provide training, advise and coach the system users You advise users on the introduction of processes This is what we want You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist with business administration content or have a comparable qualification You have practical experience in system support, integration and administration or similar fields of activity, ideally with good knowledge of a DMS (ideally you have already gained knowledge in d.velop) and / or the Atlassian products Jira and Confluence You have good to very good knowledge of at least one database system You are characterized by a high level of social and communicative competence, goal-oriented communication and a confident, constructive handling of conflict situations Knowledge of the Java programming language and basic knowledge of databases are an advantage You might think so You fit in with us if the following sentences could also come from you: I appreciate logic and structure, but can also react flexibly to changing requirements.
