A leading workforce solutions company, driven to grow people, businesses and economies through connections that allow them to realize their potential has an exciting opportunity for a HR Consultant in Gauteng Provide advice and support in the implementation of HR business partner activities, as well as communication and consultative engagement with business to ensure that HR solutions are executed in a sustainable and scalable manner. Â Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Human Resources, Business, Commerce and Management Studies A minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Talent Management Compensation and Benefits IR/ER Org Design and Transformation Learning and Development Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and HR needs. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to address HR issues and optimise HR processes. Talent Management: Collaborate with clients to implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development programs. Implement initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent within client organisations. Identify development opportunities in order to close skills gaps, retain talent and to build a talent pipeline. Learning and Development: Identify training needs within client organisations and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Facilitate workshops and training sessions on HR topics as required. Partner with clients to implement effective learning and development initiatives. Identify development opportunities in order to close skills gaps, retain talent and to build a talent pipeline Implement learning and development projects and programmes in compliance with policy requirements, processes and procedures Compensation and Benefits: Provide guidance on salary structuring, and employee benefits offerings. Ensure that remuneration modelling and salary administration is performed in alignment with set guidelines, procedures and principles Organisational Design and Transformation: Collaborate with clients to assess organisational structures, roles, and responsibilities and assist with job profiling and job grading. Assist with Employee Engagement action plan implementation. BBBEE and Employment Equity: Advise clients on compliance with BBBEE and Employment Equity legislation and requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within client organisations. Support clients in achieving their BBBEE and Employment Equity objectives. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to clients on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Assist in conducting investigations and mediation as needed. Provide advice and support to day-to-day ER related activities, such as counselling, warnings etc. HR Metrics and Reporting: Compile and analyse HR data to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and support decision-making. Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key HR metrics and insights. Gather relevant information related to specialisation activities; collate and integrate into written reports for assessment or appraisal and present as an input to managerial reporting or decision-making. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing for client organisations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies. Coordinate with internal payroll teams to resolve payroll-related issues. Provide guidance on payroll matters, including tax regulations, deductions, and payroll reporting.
