Text Mercato Solutions - Senior Graphic Designer - Photoshop/Illustrator

Responsibilities : - Conceptualize and create engaging visual designs for digital and multimedia projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, advertising campaigns, social media graphics, website layouts, and presentations. - Lead and mentor a team of freelance graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and objectives, and to effectively translate them into visually compelling designs. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. - Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into our design processes to maintain a competitive edge. - Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and channels, and enforce brand guidelines and standards throughout the organization. - Act as a primary point of contact between the design team and clients or stakeholders, presenting design concepts and proposals, incorporating feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the design process. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree - 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients. - Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and managing a team of designers. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. - Creative thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
