Your role :

Define the production plans (PMEP).

Install the selected software and hardware and configure the workstations.

Deploy and migrate servers with the systems engineer.

Integrate new applications into the existing operating system.

Set up a test program for new installations.

Manage relations with service providers."

Provide technical support to L1/ IT/other teams (2nd and 3rd level).

Intervene under time constraints during operational incidents (incident analysis, diagnosis and resolution of incidents).

Anticipate user needs and system evolutions.
