More details at www.reward360.co We are looking for Dynamic, Tech Savy Senior Director, Software Product to join our executive team What you'll do : Devise Product and AI Strategy-Align on the Objective, create the product vision and plan the short-term and long-term product roadmap. Inclusion of AI/GenAI into our existing products to make them future-ready. Product Solutions-Ensure the solution approach is backed by data. Test & Iterate, an incremental progress approach is preferred with a clear focus on the problem focus. Build Scalable, configurable and flexible modular solutions with a long-term view. Ensure a well-defined product prioritization framework is in place. Value-driven over heuristics. Ensure high-quality product specification documents and solution documents with detailed user stories Product Delivery-Align the internal stakeholders to ensure product delivery in line with the roadmap. Includes Designers, Dev, QA and Operations team. Product Launch- Plan GTM strategy and launch plan along with the business, sales and marketing team New Product Initiative- Freedom to plan and work on new initiatives after internal pitch and alignment Strategic projects-Participate and contribute to strategic projects requiring Product Engage with stakeholders internal/external and build business cases for new product opportunities. Manage product life cycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience. Hire, Groom & Nurture the team What we'll need : Master's degree in computer science, or Bachelor's in technology with MBA from a reputed college 15 years of experience with min 7 years of experience working on building products for BFSI/Payments/e-Commerce or related areas. Hands-on experience in developing AI-powered products is a must. Good knowledge of Generative AI is preferred. Good understanding of sprint & agile ways of working, proficiency in the design flow Comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans. Good business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability. Bias for action and comfortable with breaking down complex problems. Strong quantitative capabilities Experience with devising product roadmaps, clear articulation of product vision (ref:hirist.tech)
