QA & Testing Senior Analyst

QA & Testing Senior Analyst Position Overview: As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be instrumental on testing IT systems and a subject matter expert when it comes to pinpointing errors or defects within software and systems. Your role goes beyond thoroughly testing programs to ensure theyre working correctly and are fully functional before being released, it's about creating an intuitive, efficient Test suite and Test cases for all work flows and all scenarios not limiting to Functional, Regression and E2E testing. You will work with the Business, Technical Product Owner and SE Engineers to understand the business requirements and crafting scenarios and testing plan to be able to deliver a bug-free product into Production. Responsibilities: Design and develop software testing plans for programs from conception to completion. Develop and execute test suites and test cases for web applications. Collaborate with Application developers and Product Owners to understand requirements, work flows and test dates. Test the functionality and performance of programs, based on the software testing plans. Spot any flaws or defects that could compromise performance or hurt user experience and the end product runs optimally and is free of errors. Look for potential areas of improvement to continually refine programs and provide an optimal user experience. Demonstrate the Test suite, plan and product tested to key Stake holders for approval to move to Production. Support business users on test data for UAT and Pilot testing Analyzing and monitoring the performance of products Qualifications: Required Skills: A firm understanding of programming and IT Testing strategy. A Quick Learner and Critical thinking. They must be adept at analyzing programs and identifying problems Creative problem-solving - coming up with solutions to difficult problems, which often requires an out-of-the-box approach. Great communication. They constantly collaborate with managers and other team members and need to be adept at both verbal and written communication. The ability to see the big picture. They must also be capable of understanding how the smaller pieces of a program fit in with one another and how they affect the overall user experience. Load and Performance Testing Required Experience & Education: 4 years of experience in Manual and/or Automation Testing College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience. Desired Experience: Exposure to QA Automation tools Healthcare experience Location & Hours of Work: Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate. Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
