Software Engineering Senior Analyst Position Overview: Software developer that specializes in Java programming and User Interface (UI) development. They work on creating and maintaining software applications that are visually appealing, easy to use, and efficient. To be instrumental in crafting the face of our React.js web application. You will work at the intersection of design and technology, transforming complex technical processes into seamless, user-friendly interfaces. Specify, design, and build attractive, highly usable user interfaces that meet business requirements. Collaborate with Product Management in clarifying business and product requirements, and apply technical approaches to satisfying requirements Responsibilities: Develop and implement user-friendly front-end interfaces for internal/web applications. Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to improve usability. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications. Collaborate with development team members on design, task sharing and problem solving Participate in Agile development processes and meetings. Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or in production. Qualifications Required Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Typescript, Node.JS. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them into web applications. Familiarity with database systems, such as Oracle, for data storage and retrieval. Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Familiarity with Java and springboot is a plus. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, Linux, and networking concepts is beneficial. Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly and independently learn new skills. Required Experience & Education: 4 years of experience College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience. Desired Experience: Exposure to AWS Healthcare experience Location & Hours of Work: Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate. Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
