We are in the process of helping our client in identifying Analytics Subject Matter Expert Full Time role in Chennai find details about the role and reply with your updated resume to take it forward for Subject Matter Expert - Insurance /Banking Domain Job Type : Full Time Job Positions : 2 Location : Chennai Job Description : - 5- 12 yrs of years of experience in analytics, with a strong preference for candidates with Banking and/or Insurance industry experience. - Proficiency in analytics software and programming languages such as SAS, R, Python, SQL, etc. - Lead analytics projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. - Utilize advanced analytics and data modeling techniques to solve complex problems in the Banking and Insurance sectors. - Define and refine analytics processes, policies, and best practices, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with IT and development teams to articulate business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies to validate the accuracy and usability of data products. - Develop and maintain documentation, including project reports, user guides, and training materials. - Act as a liaison between the business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of analytics objectives and outcomes. - Provide expert advice and guidance on analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and analytics best practices to continually enhance our capabilities. - Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. - Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading projects to successful completion. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management in the Banking and Insurance sectors. - Certifications in analytics, project management, or related fields. - Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and predictive modeling. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Must Have Skills : Analytics Software (SAS,R,Python) , Predictive Modeling, Data mining,Banking /Insurance Domain ,Project Management , Database Management ,Data Visualization tools Academic : Post Graduate /Graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
