Role & responsibilities : - Engage with customer and address their needs and concerns related to the solutions implemented. - Understand client's RFP and suggested best technical solutions, stack, architecture suited for their solutions. - Deep understanding of software concepts, including scaling, performance, load, etc - Provide the required technical guidance and support by gaining in- depth understanding of customers business, ecosystem and existing solutions implemented in terms of capabilities, functionalities and constraints. - Passionate about providing the correct solutions that benefits the client's business. - Engage and collaborate with team and ensure seamless transition of work. - Be creative and ability to think out of the box and suggest optimal solutions and workarounds where applicable; Apply analytical skills and assess the impact of customer needs; Assess business priorities and accordingly prioritize customer needs etc. - Estimations for technical tasks, in collaboration with offshore teams, considering all the activities involved and associated risks/challenges - Able to prepare professional proposals for large government and enterprise clients as well as scale ups and startups too. Preferred candidate profile : - Must have development experience in Software Systems of at least 5 to 7 Years in Python / Django / Flask OR Node.js - Strong technical expertise and work experience in API Integration, oauth integration, REST API, Data Structures, Design Pattern,etc - Working experience of at least 2 cloud platforms out of AWS, GCP And Azure. - Ability to understand customer business and thereby assess the criticality of their needs and requests - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and Problem- solving skills. - Good Communication and persuasive skills. - Manage and mentor junior team members.
