Solution Architect - RPA/PowerApps

Job Description - Solution Architect Shift time : US/UK shift Mode of Work : Hybrid Notice Period : Less than 30 days only Experience : - At least 5 years of experience working in an IT organization having a good understanding of SDLC. - Minimum 3 years of experience in design and development of applications and RPA projects using Microsoft Power Platform. Mandatory Skills : - Strong understanding of Power Automate and RPA solutions to define the right architectural approach not limited to Power Platforms. -Ability to define and validate solutions provided by vendors in addition to coding standards implemented across programs. - Experienced in complex integration using API's and connectors for Microsoft native applications as well as bespoke applications. - Understanding of different work estimation methodologies having ability to independently estimate work packets. - Experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) - Strong understanding of DevOps implementation in Power Platform, workflow solutions and RPA. - Work closely with Development teams, Infrastructure and InfoSec and other technical groups to ensure environment set-up, access and security restrictions are reviewed to make all resources available as per the organization policies. - Collaborate closely with our internal development teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain the Power Platform Solutions. - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. - Review and direct on new features and propose changes to features as released by Microsoft and other providers. Skills to Succeed : - Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business problems and propose solutions. - Ability to propose and estimate the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives. - Certification in industry leading Robotics Process Automation Products and - Technical Architecture Design - Experienced in both Waterfall and Agile frameworks to deliver solutions. - Ability to operate as an evangelist and a change agent for the business, identifying innovative solutions and breaking down barriers to adoption. - Insurance domain knowledge. - Presentation skills with ability to communicate at executive level.
