Website : : : : Position : 1 Skills Required : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lwc, Aura, Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, User Stories Role : Required : - 5 years of experience with Salesforce. - 2 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role. - Minimum 2 years of experience with Sales cloud and Service Cloud. - Minimum of two Salesforce certifications and at least one Salesforce consultant certification. - Functional solution design, depending on the scenario, candidates should be able to suggest the features to be utilized from the sales or service cloud. - Should be able to do hands-on development and admin work. - Minimum 2 years of experience in communicating with business and IT stakeholders. - Good experience in Data modeling, reporting & analytics - Good experience in designing UX. - Experience in maintaining users, profiles, roles, queues, record types, and page layouts. - Good understanding of Record level sharing and profile permissions. - Good understanding of automation tools available in Salesforce, being able to select the right tool based on the given scenario. - Understanding how to perform the data load activities for related objects in Salesforce, like accounts, contacts, and opportunities. - Basic understanding of governor limits. - Good communication and leadership skills. - Good BA skills (conducting discovery, writing requirements/BRS/stories, mock screens/wireframes, flow diagrams, user documentation, etc.) - Worked in an agile environment. - Be able to join immediately. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
