About this role : Software Development position responsible for design, implementation, and support of Java/JEE based applications to help fulfill our Research & Consulting Delivery strategy. What you'll do : - Designing, implementing, unit, integration testing and supporting applications developed using Java EE/Spring, SQL and web services - Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements to create technical specifications - Collaborate on architecture and technical design discussions - Lead and participate in code reviews, peer inspections and technical design/specifications - Documenting and review detailed design - Work with cross-functional teams to resolve business process issues and identify business process improvement opportunities - Responsibility for resolving all issues assigned in a timely manner - Perform support and maintenance tasks to address production issues reported by you'll need : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the field of software development. - 4 years' experience in web based application/software development. Must have : - Strong knowledge of Software development using Java EE/Spring, JavaScript, HTML , CSS, React and PL/SQL experience with a relational database - Knowledge of integration and web services technologies (HTTP, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON) - Experience building scalable data models and performing complex relational databases queries using SQL (Oracle, MySQL, PostGres), etc. - Experience in DevOps using Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment tools like Jenkins - Excellent problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with other teams. Who you are : - Graduate/Post graduate in BE/Btech, ME/MTech or MCA is preferred. - Excellent communication and prioritization skills. - Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment. - Owns success - Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions. - Strong desire to improve upon their skills in software development, frameworks, and technologies.
