Business Analyst

Position Title : Business Analyst Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Web Analytics and Digital Campaign Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in web analytics and digital campaign analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing marketing funnel analytics to optimize digital campaigns and enhance overall web performance. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct comprehensive web analytics to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness. - Perform in-depth analysis of digital campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing, to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. - Utilize advanced analytics techniques to evaluate marketing funnel performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies and recommendations for improving digital marketing initiatives. - Develop and maintain custom SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Utilize Python programming skills to automate data processes and enhance analytical capabilities (Python proficiency is desirable but not mandatory). - Communicate findings and insights effectively through presentations, reports, and dashboards, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web analytics and digital marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in web and digital campaign analytics. - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. - Familiarity with Python programming is advantageous. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Proven track record of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
