Java Lead - Spring/Hibernate

Job Title : Team Lead - Java Job Location : Noida (WFO) Experience : 7 Years Job Responsibilities : We are seeking a skilled Team Lead-Java to join our dynamic team. As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for handling a team and, designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. You will work closely with the frontend development team, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in Java programming, database management, and server-side technologies will be crucial in ensuring the scalability, performance, and reliability of our applications. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain the server-side components of web applications using Java and related technologies. - Design and implement efficient and secure APIs for seamless integration with frontend components. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the software. - Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and implementing efficient algorithms and data structures. - Integrate external systems and services through RESTful or SOAP APIs. - Ensure proper documentation of the codebase, including code comments and technical documentation. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with the support team. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development. - Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment. Qualifications and Requirements : - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Should have Team Handling Experience. - Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). - Solid understanding of backend development principles, including server-side architecture, database management, and web services. - Experience with building and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs. - Proficiency in working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. - Knowledge of software testing principles and experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito). - Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced development environment.
