Java Developer - Spring/Hibernate

Job Description : We are looking for a talented and experienced Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Java development. They should be proficient in Java programming language and have a strong understanding of software development concepts and methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications while ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications according to project requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. - Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to established guidelines. - Implement and maintain software components, modules, and libraries to support application functionality. - Troubleshoot and debug issues reported in production environments, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. - Optimize application performance and scalability through performance tuning, code refactoring, and system architecture improvements. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in Java development to continuously improve skills and development processes. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Java development. - Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). - Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns. - Experience with web development technologies (e.g., Servlets, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). - Familiarity with build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle) and version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a team environment.
