Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - Network Security

Position : Network Engineer L2/L3 Grade : Sr. Engineer/Assistant Manager Location : Mumbai/Bangalore Reporting To : DGM - Operations Shift Timing : 24-7 Support Notice Period : Immediate - 15 Days Job Responsibilities : - Experience in Cisco products like switches, routers, Access points and firewalls - Experience in checkpoint, Palo Alto, cisco ASA & Juniper firewalls - Worked on Routing protocols, QOS, HSRP - Worked on switching, VTP, STP etc. - Manage tickets & 2nd level support - Ensure the availability and continuity of network services in accordance with our contractual commitments (SLA) - Optimize the network performance and ensure adequate capacity planning - Perform regular assessment and tuning for the services & sites under his responsibility Primary Skill Set : - Advance Routing Protocols - WAN Technologies - Network LAN Technologies - Network Security, Monitoring, System Installation and Upgrades Experience : Overall 4-6 years of experience in Networking, mainly Switching, Routing, Firewall and Security Soft Skills : - Good/Excellent Communication Skills (Speak, Read, Write) - Team player, Self-Starter and resourceful - Analytical & problem-solving skills - Willingness to Continually Learn - Team Player & People Management Skills Education : Any Graduate, preferably from IT background Preferably CCNA/CCNP Certified (ref:hirist.tech)
