Job Description
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Evaluation and implementation of upcoming technologies like OOTB eCommerce Market places (e.g. Hybris, Magento) , speech analytics, Martech tools, middleware/ API management tools & SFAs (Sales Field Force Applications) - Should have worked on large scale DXP implementations (Adobe Experience Manager) and related integration for both D2C and 3rd party eComm players. - Have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, experience in implementing eComm, Web behavior, Adobe analytics is good to have. - Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations. - Partner with agencies regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization - Assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs. - Preparing business case in consultation with divisions & implement the same in coordination with partners. - Drive change management & adoption programs for new projects & processes enabled through digital. CANDIDATE PROFILE - Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree (Tier 2 b-schools or higher) in Management with at least 2 years' experience in IT. - Experience of 2 years on Adobe Experience Manager is mandatory. Magento experience is an added bonus. - Desirable but not mandatory - Graduation in Computer Science Engineering. (ref:hirist.tech)
