This role is designed for a visionary leader passionate about implementing efficient, scalable solutions that meet and exceed client requirements and project timelines. Key Skills : Azure DevOps, jenkins, ansible, Git, sonarqube, selinium, JUnit, Maven, Gradle, Monitoring Responsibilities : - Spearhead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment and operational practices. - Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of software projects from an operational perspective, guaranteeing the alignment with client needs and industry standards. - Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. - Conduct thorough analyses of current systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading the charge in implementing necessary changes. - Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure projects are delivered with high quality and on schedule, meeting all client expectations. - Develop strategic plans for the implementation of IaaS solutions, optimizing infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Oversee application configuration, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and satisfaction metrics. Requirements : - A minimum of 10 years of experience in DevOps, software development, or related fields, with a significant portion in a leadership role. - Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end project executions, with a clear understanding of software development lifecycles and DevOps practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Expertise in application configuration, CI/CD, and IaaS. - Exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
