Tech Graduate or MCA Job Description : ServiceNow Architect will play a pivotal role as the Service Owner and Specialist, ensuring the strategic vision, effective architecture, and day-to-day operational success of the ServiceNow platform. This role aims to assess the candidate's ability to provide both high-level strategic direction and hands-on expertise in ServiceNow architecture and management. Tasks : - Define a strategic vision for the ServiceNow platform in alignment with organizational objectives. - Lead the architectural design of ServiceNow solutions, considering scalability, performance, and industry best practices. - Oversee the development and customization of ServiceNow modules, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Act as the primary owner of the ServiceNow service, defining and ensuring the realization of service strategy, policies, and goals. - Design and implement integrations to create a seamless ITSM ecosystem. - Develop and optimize automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency. - Continuously evaluate and optimize the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business requirements. - Establish and enforce governance policies for ServiceNow development and usage. - Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with IT teams and business units to understand needs and align ServiceNow solutions accordingly. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and customizations. - Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Required Skills : - Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and customization. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and other ServiceNow scripting languages. - Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles. - Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Servers). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong project management skills. Education Qualification : - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - ITIL V3 or V4 Certified ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required. - This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and service management, with a proven track record in lead roles.
