Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer - Interaction Studio

Role : Salesforce marketing Cloud (Interaction Studio) Experience : 6-10 Years Location : GR Noida Overview : Need a skilled Salesforce Engineer specializing in Salesforce Interaction Studio and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in the entire engineering process. They will design, implement, and optimize our customer engagement and marketing strategies using Salesforces tools. An individual that is successful in this role will have the ability to interface with varied stakeholders across many areas of the organization, and work closely with product management to execute campaigns across our adopted Salesforce tools. Key Responsibilities : Salesforce Interaction Studio (SFIS) : - Use your deep understanding of SFIS to design, develop, and maintain real time personalized customer campaigns delivered to our varied digital properties. - Collaborate across business units to gather feedback on different needs and work with product management to force rank priorities, providing necessary technical details to help in sizing and scoping. - Implement campaigns using A/B experiments continually improving the delivered campaigns to our customers. - Collaborate with other engineering groups to understand the various technical requirements of campaigns being delivered. Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder (SFMC) : - Leverage expertise in SFMC to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in email, SMS, Social Media, Push Notifications and more. - Develop customer segmentation strategies to target marketing efforts to specific populations. - Work with Marketing teams closely to translate the goals of marketing initiatives into strategic campaigns, providing technical guidance, and ensuring smooth execution. - Additional Expertise to Serve as SME for all Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and industry trends. - Meet business requirements in terms of integrations to other systems, such as unique channel API integrations. - Translate complex technical concepts into necessary implementation detail and vice versa, translate those concepts to stakeholders in a digestible way. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of industry experience in a technical role, developing deep expertise in Salesforce technologies. - 3 years working as a Salesforce Engineer with focus on Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio - Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation within Salesforce, and marketing automation strategies. - Proficiency in configuration and customizations within the Salesforce platform (ref:hirist.tech)
