FP&A Corporate Senior Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participation to the preparation of the monthly management financial reporting of all Karla Otto offices;
• Analysis of the actual financial performance, providing insightful commentary (top line, gross margin, cost structure, EBITDA, working capital, etc.) vs previous periods and vs budget;
• Analysis of the profitability by office / business unit / team / client in function of the needs;
• Building of collaborative relationships with local finance teams and with the Group team;
• Participation to the preparation of the budget and of the reforecasts over the year of the Karla Otto offices;
• Participation to the preparation of annual financial consolidated statements;

The FP&A Corporate Analyst will directly work alongside Karla Otto’s CFO with significant autonomy and will be in close contact with the local finance managers as well as other relevant departments (HR, legal, operational, etc.).

KEY ATTRIBUTES

• A minimum of at least 3/4 years of professional experience is required (including relevant internships);
• Analytical skills, problem-solving approach, strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, investigative nature, IT skills, o/w good knowledge of Excel;
• Interpersonal and communication skills;
• High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance;
• Business acumen;
• Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind;
• English and French compulsory;
• An experience as an auditor, Transaction Services or a similar position (FP&A) within a corporate would be very appreciated.

Permanent position located in our Paris office (9th).
