Medical Radiation Technologist - PACS Administrator

Posting Number 24-32 Date: March 6, 2024 Vacancy & Classification: PACS Administrator (Part-Time, Permanent) Hours: Tours as per schedule Salary : $35.11 - $47.03 / hourly Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technology. Current CMRITO (College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario) registration required Imaging Informatics Certificate (or equivalent) preferred Minimum 5 years of experience as a registered Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologist Demonstrated proficiency in advanced hospital applications including PACS, PowerScribe, and NEODIN (troubleshooting, routine maintenance, technical support etc.) Familiarity with ISCV, EPIC, CASE, WTIS, MUSE Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality Demonstrated understanding of Medical Imaging clinical processes and the different modalities, how they function and interact/interface with one another Demonstrated initiative and accountability Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong member of the interdisciplinary team Physically able to perform the duties within the physical demands of the work area: constant standing and/or walking, occasional heavy physical effort required such as lifting equipment; frequent interruptions Start Date: To be determined
