Responsibilities:
• Maintain the balance between internal fairness and external competitiveness of total compensation packages through comparative analysis.
• Demonstrate proficiency in handling the technical intricacies of international transfers, including contractual obligations and tax implications.
• Assess and guarantee the coherence and competitiveness of benefit programs, addressing internal disparities within multiple legal entities and aligning with market standards.
• Keep the company's job evaluation system updated according to the Hay methodology.
• Analyze new job roles and annual performance reviews to ensure compliance with the company's job evaluation system.
• Provide support and convey the company's job evaluation system to operational managers and HR stakeholders.
• Lead the salary review and bonus allocation processes within the HR system, managing budgets, communication, and implementation.
• Oversee the management of the annual incentive scheme within the HR system.
• Define and manage guidelines for pay reviews.
• Conduct training sessions for HR and Line Managers on compensation policies and procedures within the HR system.
• Conduct data quality assessments related to compensation within the HR system.
• Provide support and conduct training on all modules of the HR system, including performance management, compensation, and recruitment.
• Participate in the deployment of the HR system and regional communication initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in job grading globally and regionally across the organization.
Requirements:
• Possession of a bachelor's degree from a reputable university; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of 5-7 years in similar roles, preferably on a regional or global scale. Expertise in the US and Latam markets is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in overseeing internal mobility initiatives is highly desirable.
• Thorough understanding of job evaluation and grading methodologies, with familiarity in Korn Ferry methodology being advantageous.
• Proficient in utilizing market compensation surveys such as AON, Mercer, WTW, and/or Korn Ferry.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
• Track record of effectively managing relationships with various stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners.
• Hands-on experience in compensation and performance management leveraging specific HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Fluent proficiency in English, with proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese being mandatory.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment.
