Employer Description A well-established law firm located in Linden, Randburg. The associate attorney works mostly with Family Law Matters and some Medical Negligence matters. Job Description Our Client, a Senior Associate Family Law/Med Neg Attorney seeks assistance on a half-day basis, from a competent and experienced Litigation Secretary. Candidate must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as Teams/Google Meet, Zoom and other Virtual Meeting Set Ups, Court Online, CaseLines and Dictaphone Typing. Candidate will be required to work from 8h30 to 12h30 Monday to Friday at their offices in Linden. This role will fully support one Associate Attorney with setting up of meetings, diary management, Management of Files, Typing (Good Speed and Accuracy as well as attention to detail), Dictaphone Typing, Virtual Meeting Set Ups, Caselines and Court Online correspondence, typing of affidavits, heads of argument, pleadings, etc. Previous proven stable track record within a similar role in the Legal Sector is essential. Please dont apply if not well experienced as a Legal Secretary. Qualifications Grade 12. Paralegal or relevant Secretarial qualification/certification is a strong advantage. Skills Court Online, CaseLines and MS Office Suite Proficiency. Strong Typing (Speed and Accuracy), Dictaphone Typing. Reliable. Stable. Dependable and efficient working methods. Litigation Secretarial background. Willing and able to work this half day role long term. Must live in a commutable distance and have own transport. Benefits Negotiable
