For our commercial system support department at our location in the south of Mannheim, we are looking for a dedicated APPLICATION MANAGER (M/F/D) YOUR TASKS You will coordinate and process the concerns of around 250 users of ERP, DMS and CRM systems as well as other systems You are involved in the configuration, adaptation, updating and further development of our systems You will also be responsible for designing and developing processes and interfaces between our systems and external systems You will involve external service providers in the tasks You work on the optimization of company processes You create training documents and conduct training sessions with users WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship, for example as an IT specialist for application technology (m/f/d) or comparable, preferably also a degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or similar Experience in the configuration, customization and programming of ERP or DMS solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or d.velop d.3, is desirable Programming knowledge in one of the programming languages C/AL, AL or SQL is required You have experience in working with SQL database systems, the BI tool Microsoft Power BI or the CRM software Salesforce Confident handling of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel incl. pivot functions, is desirable You are business fluent in German and have a good command of English You are results-oriented, proactive and characterized by your independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility Team spirit and flexibility are your strengths and you are highly self-motivated And last but not least, you should enjoy working in a team, because it is important for us to master the challenges together and get a little better every day.
