Join a rapidly expanding cloud-based ESG digital twin platform, operating globally and poised for significant growth. We seek a talented Financial Strategy Manager to drive operational finance, performance, and strategy.

Seeking a motivated Head of Finance Operations, Performance & Strategy to refine financial infrastructure, enhance performance management, and craft financing strategies. Reporting to the President, you'll lead financial operations, develop robust KPIs, manage shareholder relations, and drive growth initiatives.

✅Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations:

• Develop robust structural foundations.
• Standardize processes across regions.
• Collaborate with Group Support for alignment.
• Define tailored rules and guidelines.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management.
• Ensure CRM integration for accurate reporting.

Finance Operation:

• Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Review financial performance and operations.
• Manage cash flow and pricing strategy.
• Mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

SaaS Business Performance Analysis:

• Develop performance frameworks.
• Define KPIs aligned with company goals.
• Provide actionable insights for growth.
• Analyze financial and market data.

Shareholder and Investor Strategy:

• Maximize shareholder value and profitability.
• Raise capital and engage with investors.
• Lead negotiations and oversee reporting.

Reporting and Stakeholder Management:

• Prepare insightful financial reports.
• Liaise with investors and stakeholders.

✅ Requirements:

• Business school graduate in Finance or related field.
• 6-8 years' experience in finance and SaaS industry.
• Expertise in financial management and analysis.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
