Join Our Eczema Conquerors Team POSITION: Naturopath/Naturopathic Doctor LOCATION: Remote/Online At Eczema Conquerors, we're on a mission to transform lives by helping individuals conquer eczema and overcome topical steroid withdrawal (TSW). Our Eczema Conquerors Program offers customized coaching, innovative skincare solutions, mindset coaching, invaluable resources, and comprehensive training to empower people on their healing journey. We are now seeking an exceptional, dynamic, and empathetic practitioner to join our fast-growing company, where our mission is to help people overcome eczema and TSW. You’ll be working virtually alongside our coaching team to provide life-changing health transformations for people suffering from eczema. Your Role: As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals within the Eczema Conquerors Program. Your mission will be to uncover the root causes of eczema and guide our clients toward holistic healing. Responsibilities include conducting virtual one-on-one consultations, creating personalized dietary and supplement protocols, reviewing food journals, and providing unwavering support to program participants. The ideal candidate for this position will be outgoing and compassionate, as well as confident in their skills as a practitioner. You can communicate clearly, passionately, and coach clients through their roadblocks. What We're Seeking The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and qualifications: At least 2 years experience as a Naturopath/Naturopathic Doctor P roof of designation and liability insurance. Experience working with eczema and pediatric patients is highly desirable Experience with functional tests (e.g. blood tests, HTMA & gut tests) Experience with herbal and homeopathic medicine Be available for 5-15 hours per week to start with room to grow Flexibility to create your own work schedule Availability for team meetings as needed This is starting as a contractor-based position paid on an hourly basis. Compensation will be discussed in your interview. Experience: Successful candidates will ideally possess: A track record of successfully working with one-on-one clients. Proficiency in developing and implementing client-specific protocols. Experience with functional tests (e.g., HTMA, blood tests, stool tests), herbal medicine & homeopathic medicine Competence in managing herxheimer/detox reactions. A passion for effective communication and client empowerment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Enjoys ‘hand-holding’ clients during implementation phases and writing protocols A desire for mentorship and professional growth within a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with tools like Practice Better, Google, or a willingness to learn. Responsibilities: Conduct initial and follow-up client consultations. Develop comprehensive client protocols encompassing nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations. Provide detailed session notes to clients after each consultation. Adapt and create new client protocols as needed. Responsively address daily client emails. Attend all team meetings and client case study reviews. This is an incredible remote opportunity to work with a team and have full administrative support (including billing, booking, and logistics), without the headache of having to start your own business from the ground up. You’ll benefit from having clients passed to you instead of having to market and convert clients on your own.
