Job Description

Job Role: The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our sales team and coordinate various marketing activities Minimum Requirements: Matric/ Grade 12 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field or studying towards these qualifications 1 years relative experience in a sales support or marketing administration role Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Main Responsibilities: Diary management for senior sales team Flight and accommodation bookings Arrange the distribution of samples to agents and customers Arrange Merchandising Equipment and Point of Sale for promotional activities Support in coordinating with external marketing companies for promotional activities and events Plan and organise customer planning meetings and marketing events Provide digital images of products to sales team when required Receive, list, and prioritise customer complaints – (via social media, telephone, ERP, etc.) Update product libraries and catalogues (SKU Works/ Silo Library) - providing digital images as and when required Arrange courier delivery for promotional and other sample items Coordinate donations and sponsorship requests Maintain schedules developed by the Sales Reporting Analyst Key Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
