Key Responsibilities:

Support to Project Financing:

• Coordinate the due diligence process with consultants and financial institutions.
• Develop financial models and cash flow projections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate communication with all project stakeholders.
• Support the negotiation of legal documentation related to the project.

Loan Management:

• Ensure regular reporting with financial institutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for drawdowns, repayments, and interest payments.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Chinese and English; French can be used as working language.
• Business school or top university graduate with a major in corporate finance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Preferred experience in project financing/banking.

Additional Details:

Ideally, candidates will have 1-2 years of project financing experience, but recent graduates with a strong academic background and related internship experience are also encouraged to apply.

Internship opportunities available for a minimum of 6 months. Immediate onboarding required.
