Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Program Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in talent strategy, program design, and delivery, with consulting experience being a strong advantage. The role requires expertise in developing and implementing talent management programs such as learning initiatives, top talent identification and development, succession planning, employee surveys, career development, and diversity programs. Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine talent strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Design: Design comprehensive talent management programs that encompass learning and development, top talent identification and development, succession planning, employee surveys, career pathways, and diversity initiatives. Delivery: Oversee the successful implementation and execution of talent management programs, ensuring they meet quality standards and achieve desired outcomes. and Advising: Provide expert consulting and advisory services to leaders and managers on talent management best practices, strategies, and solutions. Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements as needed. Engagement: Collaborate closely with HR business partners, leadership teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for talent management initiatives. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze talent data, employee feedback, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements in talent management strategies and programs. and Ethics: Ensure all talent management programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, promoting a culture of fairness, inclusion, and diversity. Qualifications: degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred. experience 7 in talent management, program design, and delivery, preferably in a consulting role. knowledge of talent management best practices, trends, and industry standards. in designing and implementing programs related to learning and development, top talent identification, succession planning, employee surveys, career development, and diversity initiatives. communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness. management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a track record of promoting and supporting diverse talent within organizations.
